Borla Cat-Back Exhaust

Does anyone have those adjsutable plates that come with the borla adjsutable catback(single cat), or know were they are available? I love the way mine sounds now but it needs to be louder

If you would like it louder, then you need to remove any plate you have in there...not add one. You can just bolt the two pipes together where the plates go either with the largest opening plate, or none at all.

Get the DMH e-cutout for our Borla system; it eliminates the need for plate (mounts in the same location) and it is fully adjustable. no more need to switch plates in and out. I love mine!

DMH Electric Cutout

I think there might be a group buy going on for them right now--check the group purchase section.

I think the one for our Borla system is actually the cheapest--I think about $150 if you can find it on group buy. It just mounts in place of your plates-bolts right in between and then you run the pre-wired switch to somewhere in your car (mines in my ashtray) and you can toggle it to fully open (no muffler) to fully closed (all exhaust through muffler) and anywhere in between. Seems like a lot of $$ at first, but it is a VERY high quality piece and is well worth it. It's a fun mod!

PM me if you have any questions about it. I think I have a couple pics of it in my signature, but I can't remember.

Hope this helps!
