What about B-bodys?

I think the title is just fine.

Dude, that was cool. It makes me want to put nitrous on the motor im building.

Do you not consider an LT1 stock if it has bolt ons? Technically the motor is stock, he has not done any engine work. He never said the car was stock. Those are two fundamental differences which I would hope people could differentiate between.

Matt,
We need a good picture of your car for the CPT web page. Feeling a little better about that "weak" 4L60E now?...LOL

he does have a 100% stock MOTOR, which if you can read is what he was refering too.

Thats not the common definition of bone stock however. That would be the same as an KB 03 Cobra owner saying "I put down 600 RWHP on my bone stock 4.6 liter" . Congrats on the times though

Nice runs man...I knew you could be 11's when you got that 60' down.

I would have at least put Bolt-on LT1 in the title. I've only got an SLP cai and a cutout and I don't consider mine bone stock. I don't consider it to have bolt-on's either.

My photographer friend had to work and couldn't make it

They had some people there taking pictures, but they only got a crappy burnout pic and a launching pic at a bad angle so I didn't buy any. I have the video though.

Oh, and I'm extremely confident about the tranny. After all of the abuse I put it through, it continues to behave the way it did when I installed it.....thanks again for an awesome service.

Re: Bone stock 96,000 mile LT1 goes 11.67

i think it should have said "bone stock lt1 with power adder runs 11s."

not to take anything away from that accomplishment. but the topic makes people think its 'stock'.
