Got all of those i believe. I have all but the back 2 on each side out and the EGR on the back. I believe that is all I have left to take off anyway.
I started doing a search for various other things and remembered about his site and saw that 
The hardest part so far was getting the fuel lines off...atleast figuring out how to get them off was rather tricky but after i figured it out they both came off smoothly
