Bogging at WOT and then bam back to normal.

I will be driving normally and them floor it and it will bog down after about a second of WOT and it will bog for only about 10 seconds but the thing is that it wont gradually get better but it will go right back to normal. Like someone flicks a switch or something.

Opti is brand new and im using the 255 Walbro in tank pump. I dont think it is fuel because when i dynoed it the A/f was right on and doesnt run lean or rich at all.

How close to empty have you had your gas tank? Sometimes stuff in the bottom of the tank get in the filter. When was the last time you changed your fuel filter?

i think the most empty it has ever gotten was like 1/8th of a tank. Last time i changed the filter was about a year and a half ago when it still had the 2.2
