What to do with fuel rail to get the Corvette F/R covers to fit?

I am hitting where the bracket from the back side of the drivers rail comes out to hold the incoming/return fuel lines come in.

Anyone got a fix?

These aren't my fuel rail covers but this is how i cut my drivers side one. http://www.poltergeist.us/page/Elky/...fuel_rail1.jpg

Most people just cut that whole corner off but its much nicer to make a hole for the fuel lines to go through.
