95 lt1/t-56

when it gets warm, while in traffic, its almost impossible to get it out the hole and rolling.

what should i check? i just put a new radiator, so its not the cooling. I have a relatively new walbro fuel pump (put in after swap) and new lt1 lines. spark plug wires are new taylor 8.5's...

Is it running rich? Plugs/wires ok? Clean your MAF, check for vacuum leaks. Check whether IAT gets too heat soaked. O2's are ok?

vacuum leaks...thats the ticket.

i have a bad one on the driver side of the engine. im not sure where it goes, but its strangely bent. also, the one that goes to the valve cover is a bit loose. could those be it?

How many miles you have on them? They are hard to test right. O2's very frequently giving simular as yours problems when they are4 contaminated with carbon. Fix leaks. Replace that PCV valve you mentioned with Delco one, make sure new one sits in place right. Pepboys/autozone aftermarket ones are a bit smaller in diameter and can cause leaks.

If you have an o2 problem, you will set a SES light. If it runs good till its warm with no SES light, change the coil.

Problems with front O2's very rarely throws SES. When they throw, in most cases it's a heater core of sensor damaged or wire problem, or when PCM is unable to compensate any further - too rich/lean codes. But these codes are not O2 specific.
