Here is my problem, When i stage it to 2500 or so on the street and dump the clutch my car nose dives. I have a 355 with P&P heads and the 233/239 cam. It has mad wolf tuning. It feels like the car just quits for a sec then picks up and takes off. Could the timing possibly be coming in to fast? Is the opti heading south? It runs strong once started but it jus nose dives on launch. Could it be loading up with fuel? I hope this is enuff info.

just went and tried it again, 3500 this time, and when i released the clutch it went for a few feet then its like the fuel or fire quit. It was like it was missing for a few secs and backfiring, Then it came back to life. Ive even hit second real hard and it kill the engine, But 5 sec later its right back. the security light is on the whole time its wot. The only thing other is these is a vibration like a week tranny mount but not broke or tourque arm popping the bottom. The computer knock sensor is desensitized. Any ideas?

You spent lots of money now buy a scanner..find out what codes you got..Could be lots of things..optipuke..fuel filter,fuel pump..
wires,plugs,tps sensor..

Im not getting any codes thats whats racking my mind. I have access to a scanner and all the readings are fine. The only thing that happens is the securty light is coming on when im all over it and its doing this.
