Bodywork help needed: door rubbing

My passenger side door over the past week has started to ub the front fender when I open the door and has gotten increasingly worse until now and it has gotten to the point where when I open the door it makes a real loud "popping" noise as it hits the front fender. Like there is some resistance there and when it lets go the result is the popping. I have tried adjusting all of the door bolts but to no prevail. I went to see my neigbor and he looked and said it looked like the fender needed to be pulled out a bit. So I unbolted all of the bolts (there 6 right? 5 obvious and one kinda hidden) Well that helped and the top of the fender came out just slightly but the bottom didn't budge. I think if I can just get the bottom of the fender loosened a bit it would come off enough to not hit. What and where does the bottom of the fender attach to? I'm dumb and very appreciative of anyones help. I apologize if this is vauge.
