the bleeder screws

i just have a couple of questions my first one is.

1.the bleeder screw on the tb hose is pretty messed up and i would like to know where i can buy just the screw it self, so its easier to turn whenever i have to bleed the air out.

2.how do i know that all the air pockets are out of the system? As of today when i drove the car my car didnt overheat or run hot, when i opened the bleeder screws there werent any spitting or bubbles, the coolant was coming out clear, then i topped it off with coolant after the car cooled off to be sure.thank u fellas

They will work, just have to take the whole plug out.
