Can you post pictures?

Im not exactly sure what may be going on, but if it was me (and not driving the car is not an option) I would try to plug the hole.

I guess more importantly I would be tring to figure out WHY there was a hole.

if there is a hole in the radiator? Tehn, you have to replace it. there isn't any quick fixes and you run the risk of over heating the engine.

Another vote for a new radiator if there is a hole in it, doesn't even matter what size the hole is. I've never had to, but I think replacing a radiator shouldn't be hard to do considering it has to be pulled on a cam swap. Look around in the For Sale section, you'll definitely find a used one for a good price.

A radiator shop can fix it or ya can try some two part epoxy if ya can get to it and it's in the plastic tank.Sand it apply the epoxy and let set up.It could get ya by until ya get it fixed.
