big problem!!!!
Updated problem guys,
okay to fill everyone in... my buddy had a bad u-joint break on him and it destroyed his rear-end and we've been replacing it for a month or so now.... we have everything ready but we couldn't remove the old driveshaft!!!
I used a 5 lb sledge hammer, prybars/wonder bars, air hammer...everything i could think of to remove this thing!!!! BUT NOTHING WORKS
I can rotate the driveshaft and i can push it in 1/2 and inch. but i can't get it out.
with the rear end in place ...the end of the drive shaft is like 1.75 inches away from seating in the rear end yoke !!!WOW!!!!
so i think that his drive shaft has not only slid forward into his drive shaft but has also fussed to the spline of the output shaft!!!
how do i get this off, and how to i fix the possibly bad spline!!!
its a 94z with a TCI streetfighter trans!!!

i can't figure how to get this out...i've removed mine 2 times before this....his is just sooo difficult @!#$#@#

Not sure what your update was
, but it sounds like the front yoke or output shaft has twisted splines. Use a come-along to pull the DS and then asses the damage. Probably a twisted output shaft.
