Best y-pipe for LT's?

Best y-pipe for LT's?

I got a 97 dual cat WS6, which y-pipe is the best for use with hooker long tubes?? I dont want cats. any help will be greatly appreciated.

The only one I can think of that's still available is the Mufflex y-pipe, but a lot of people have fitment problems with it. I would suggest having an exhaust shop fabricate a y-pipe for you after you have the headers installed.

I have the Mufflex and am pretty happy with the way it worked out.It is a little over priced but a good product I believe.

Mufflex redesigned their y-pipe about a year ago,now it is much like the (now defunked??)IRS style,fit and finish are pretty dam good,though there will always be someone that has problems.

The new guy on the block in LT1/LS1 exhaust systems is Stainless Works They have cat-backs and y-pipes also for Hooker LTs. I'm not sure about pricing though.
