Want to run in the 10's all motor on pump gas.........

What's it gonna take? I have a 9 inch in the car already, hooker longtubes and 4" Mufflex also on the way, built 4L60E on the way with Yank converter. I figure I need close to 600 Flywheel HP, 450/460 at the tire, car will weigh 3600 with driver. Suggestions?

A lot of motor and a well thought out suspension. With my set up I have run 121 MPH on pump gas. Once I get the suspension worked out this winter I am hoping to get the 60' low enough to get me that 10 I have been looking for.

Check out Jordan Musser's car. www.fastblackcar.com

Also, curious as to why you say in your post that you have a stall when in your sig it says you have a M6?

You are gonna need to have some awesome flowing heads. That is where all the power is.

A nice 396 Solid Roller setup, with wicked heads should do the trick. Good luck

Well the plan is a solid roller 383, heads that flow 315@.600, lt4 intake, 12 to 1 compression, 58 MM TB, 36 lb inj. , 4" mufflex, Hooker LT's, 4L60E with yank converter, 9 inch and 4.11 gear. and some GOOD suspension.
