best way to set up trans shift kit?

there's a couple ways to set up the shift kit, street strip, full race, etc. (just depends on how large you drill the holes in the valve body). How should I set mine up, my car will be making around 370-380RWHP N/A and around 475-525RWHP with the 150 shot and I plan on spraying through shifts. I also will be using a 3600 vigilante stall and a B&M trans cooler. As of right now the trans has about 61K on it, but i'm confident that i'll prolly manage to break it by the end of the season, so as of right now I was thinking of just going full race and going with the biggest holes to avoid some slippage and hopefully get some more use out of it before it goes. Only Con I can think of is that going that big might blow the trans becuase it will be hitting the gears the much harder and that could be a bad thing cuz it might be too extreme. The reason I was thinking of going full race is because "full race" on the shift kit I got is still only a .490 valve which still isn't that extreme. What do you guys think?

BTW, I plan on beating on this car a lot and will be spraying through shifts, but most of the abuse will be done on the street, from a roll so it won't be seeing a ton of hard launches.
