Question Best top end bolt-on?

I have a 93 z28 w/ exhaust cut out, TB bypass and thats it. My best run was
0-60 foot: 2.049 1/8: 9.151 1/4: 14.338@ 94.94mph. on BFG street tires
My bottom end is their i just need some mods to carry the power to the top. What would be the best bolt on mod to give me the most top end/ mph?
PCM for less chip, Cold air intake......?

That mph seems really low. I was trapping 100-101 with a cold air intake and hooker catback.

CAI and headers, then 1.6 Roller Rockers

Your current 1/4 mile times are right on for the mods that you have.

I think those times sound excelent for a basicly stock car.

best Bolt ons to start with would be what the others said.

Intake, & Exhaust.

Some nice headers and a good muffler kit and you should have some fun cutting times.

a stock LT1 should run around 14 flat or even a lil lower...

Headers will defintly make the higher rpm's pull harder.

So the magazines say.

But they never include weather, track conditions, and sea levels.

it ran 13.9 w/ only a FIPK kit...so i thought that was pretty good....
