Info needed on Crower Valve Springs Part# 68390X3-16
Does anyone have any input on these springs I have? I had a mechanic install my CC305 w/ Comp 1.6 NSA rockers and I just started hearing a knock coming from the engine. I took the valve cover off and noticed the back 2 rockers on the driver side were completely loose and dont have any idea why they became loose.
As I was looking at the Valve springs box I noticed it says "1.460 Low Stress Dual w/ damper" on 'em so I'm wondering if these srpings were even the right part to be used????? I had the mechanic just buy the parts for me since I wasnt sure of what was needed and he seems to know what he's doing as he does all the local FBod community installs, but granted they are an LS1 group but I figure he knows his SH*t...
Any ideas????

Well, at this point I dont really trust him anymore as another LT1 owner who had H/C installed 2 weeks prior to me is also having some problems with his car. He actually spun a bearing so coincidence??? maybe not but dont want to risk it by taking my car back to him plus he tries to charge you for every visit!!!
I would visit Crower but dont really know what info i'm looking for... All i'm wanting to know is what would cause rockers to get loose???
