Best Subframe connectors

Are the triangular ones worth the money or are a set of bmr weld ins just as good. I'll probably be having a prob with the long tubes gettin the way if I get the SLPs I would think. Just wondering if the BMrs work well or not?

I was just gonna start this post. I'm sure the triangle ones are the best, they have more mounting points. I have an old inclanation about subframes that i'm trying to rid. They dont' make it harder for you to hook up? They don't obstruct anything underneath? When i was younger, subframes were like one of the best things to get, thats what i learned. But somehow i've heard stories of guys not being able to hook up at the track because the car doesn't flex as much or something....
I dunno, i'm not at the track enough to worry i guess...I like the Hotckis boxed ones, they say no ground clearance is lost.

And also, where would you take your car to have them installed? A muffler shop or something..?

Yes, have them installed at a muffler shop. I would expect the diamond type to be the stiffest and heaviest, but probably not by an excessive amount. My boxed BMRs are the lowest part on the car. They made the car much better to drive, I highly recommend them for our cars.

go with the BMR's i love my tubular ones you can't even see them on the car. They stiffened it up a bunch and were really cheap i got them for 125.

The Global West units are the BIGGEST and BEEFIEST SFCs on the market that are non-triangulated. You don't lose any ground clearence with them either.

Not that I have any on my car, but I saw a guy at Atco on last Thursday that had the SLP diamond sfc's, and there was NO ground clearance loss.

I'm with this guy. I love the look of those, and they seem to have great coverage. I'll be going with them hopefully soon.
