i went with something different...Gale Banks PowerPack. It is stainless steel and mandrel bent. If you look in RK Sport they have them for $399.99 plus shipping. I got mine from www.torqueandchrome.com and they beat RK Sport's price but the shipping was a little slow. I do recommend their business though.
as far as the sound goes for this exhaust, i must say i love it. i just wish i had headers to compliment it.

Did you miss my first post jackass? Oh wait, your idea came up 1 other thread, man, how dare I try to get more peoples opinions, instead of using a 5 month old thread. I just got my bday money, and am going to buy one, I just wanted to know which one to get. Thx for your help guys. I guess I am going to have to pick between the LM, hooker, and borla now.

Personally I think ATR has one of the best sounding catbacks for f-bodies.

Like I said in my other post (borla or hookers) OR

I have only heard files of this but I hear Spintech has a great sounding muffler and I am sure Mufflex would make the rest of the catback for you. (I forgot to mention this in my first post) I have not heard them in person only on the web and those things sound very unique and IMHO very Bad azz! In these days, of Borlas, SLPs and Flowmasters, I think having a unique sound like the spintech muffler would be a great idea.

Thx,
Claude

getting hostile with people is not a great way to get help on this board. What he meant was thyis question gets asked DAILY which is why you got so many responses when you searched for it. If you want more responses, those 500 something threads will give you all the feedback you can handle, and some even have sound clips to help out a little.

Tough crowd.. this was posted on about seven days ago in a multiple page thread with tons of opinions.. so its not five months old.. look for 95redvert and you will find the thread. Magius231 summed it up exactly. Try and save yourself your energy and anger for when you wrench on the car.

MAC all the way!!! Sounds awesome!! Everyone who compliments my car mentions how good the exhaust sounds!! Even guys who lose when we race!! It's got a deep throaty rumble but not an annoying raspy sound to it!!!
Good luck!!

So it's really true? I was afraid if I kept manifolds and went with a LM i'd be disappointed in how loud it was trying to cruise about the highway in 5th or 6th at 60-80mph. I'd get really annoyed with having to turn the stereo to full blast just to compete with my exhaust. I was leaning towards a Hooker catback myself. You think it's pretty non-intrusive on the highway with stock manifolds? A hum and a nice massage are one thing, but a loud engine gets really old if it never shuts up. :\

What ever you get make sure its not some stupid load redneck sounding junk. Just because you car is loud doesn't mean it sounds good. Flowmaster sounds nice. Loud mouths sound like crap DON'T buy one. Plus you really don't wana be a cop mag. Just my 2 cents.

well...i have heard that if you go headers the loudmouth will get louder...i love it tho...i had a magnaflow muffler on my stock i-pipe at first and it had a great deep sound and i enjoyed it but then i found a deal on the loudmouth and went with it. i loved it from the moment i pulled away from the shop where i helped put it on....and the day i got it installed i got nearly like 10 looks i would say from ppl like damn...its just a very agressive exhaust and i love it...and i can hardly hear it in 6th gear but then again i have to go 70 because i have a ticket and cant afford much more than that...id love to make a sound clip of it but i dont think ill be able to because my magnaflow nearly made the mic blow up from liek 20 ft away and the loudmouth is louder, but like i said i love it...i need to let someone drive it and get on it while i sit and watch that way i can hear it...plus with it being a straight through design...i would think the flow to be excellent...just my .02
