Best replacement opti cap and rotor

I have a 94 non-vented opti that I'm going to do a cap, rotor, and wire replacement. I've heard good and bad about the MSD cap and rotor. How about Accel? Jeg's also makes a replacement.

I've read on many accounts that it is not even worth doing just the cam and rotor. You are better off just replacing the whole unit.
