With my cut out open I gained 12RWHP and 23RWTQ N/A, and 28RWHP and 56RWTQ on the bottle.
Cut-out is a great mod for the money, but I would spend the extra money to get an electric cut-out, you'll be a lot happier with it.

I agree, But i would go motor. I have mac midlength and i noticed a big diffrence. Im tuned now with a cam and looking for more power
