Best Octane for Aluminum heads/intake

I am wondering what the best octane is to run in a z28 with aluminum heads,lt4 intake, and a 4lb supercharger?? Should i go with 87,89,OR 93 .. Iknow some cars run better with some set ups.. just wondering if any one has any opinions... thanks, also if you can give an explanation to why which one..

Take it to the track and follow these instruction starting with low grade fuel....

The ability to make tuning changes would be a big plus here.

Another vote for 93. It's not much more price wise to a whole tank and you just can't go wrong.
