best mods for a 93z

what are the best mods for a 93z? eltricly wise not bolt ons

i plan on doing a stroker motor but i wanna know how to tune it or a shop that can tune the motor for me i live in IL.

93's require a chip and do not use programers. They are speed density not mass air like 94-ups. They need a chip to be burned each time you want to "tune", so they are a little more of a hastle to play with. But 93's have always responded well to modifications.

I would honestly not waste your money on a Hypertech. I would wait til you do more mods to have a chip burned. I know you are referring to computer mods but IMO the best mod I have ever done on my 93 would have to be an Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator.

he has a 93 and has good sence on how to tune them



IDOXLR8: I'm curious, what AFPR did you use and how did you determine the optimal setting, did you have to dyno tune it, and did the performance gain maintain over time or did the computer adjust the injector dwell to compensate (as some people claim)?

what will you notice? Ummm louder? more hp?

You're in IL right? dont u have emissions?

gotta be more specfic in what you are looking for and do some (well, a lot of) searching
