go with comp cams roller tipped rockers, a set of them are only about $192 from summit. they're riiiiight in your price range man, plus put them in yourself, they arnt that hard at all seeing as you have hydraulic lifters. you dont need to replace or put in guideplates, but you do need to get pushrods
