hey everyone im looking at buying a 383 lt1 shortblock for my 1993 z28. it has 194000 miles on it and im sure it wouldnt hurt to change it. i was just wondering who builds the best budget minded shortblock out there. im going to use factory heads with a port job. im not looking to drag race just a streetable engine that will run with anything im going to see in my little town. mostly stock ls1 cars. maybe the occasional vette.
