best flow for LT1

I read that the edelbrock Ti-Tech headers replace your stock headers AND y pipe and can subtract a full second from your 0-60 times.
Do you feel that i would be better off to go with these headers and a CB system, or LT headers, an aftermarket y pipe, and CB exhaust. I would rather just go with the edelbrocks and a slp LM or rksport CB system.

How do you feel?
anyone out there running/heard of ppl running edelbrock headers for a 94 fbody.

thanks

To reduce your 0-60 time by 1 full second, you would need to add about 70HP. If you seriously believe that any headers will add 70HP to your engine, you're way off the mark. You might pick up 15HP with the Edelbrocks..... not much more.

There are much better headers than the Edelborsk out there.
