When commodity prices spiked after Katrina, pretty much all the cat-backs went up in price. Back in the day, I paid $590 for mine.

 

The flow master cat back system sucks, and gains you very very little horespower.

One more vote for the hooker.

But why does the forum start another one of these exact threads at least once every two weeks?

 

The Random Tech. cat-back is VERY similar in sound to the Corsa, which IMO can not be beat.

On you budget, I'd give it a shot, I think I paid under 300 for mine about a year ago.

Get the one that you like the sound of and fits in your budget.

 

^^ I'm all about budget power, but really any catback is better then stock.

Really though...

I hear all these people complaining all the time about how crappy flowing the flowmaster system is even though it sounds good. Why not just put a cut-out on it for the best flowing and best sounding system?

 

I only lost 7rwhp threw my flowmaster over my cut out so I don't understand why everyone says flowmaster sucks.
