Before puting in the 383...?

Ok I think I have everything set now, im going with lloyds LE3's, a forged 383 stroker, and ported intake. I was wondering if, via a lift or otherwise, I was able to install all the spark plugs and wires and even the headers before puting the engine in the car. I would also like to know if I should replace all of my sensors while im at it. My car has 80k and I don't think much of anything has been replaced. On another note, is it possible to put the new clutch in and tranny all bolted together and just throw it all up at once? Also should I replace all my engine and tranny mounts before doing this? I dont want to have to rip anything major back off after I get it all in.

other than the engine, heads, headers and clutch, my car will be stock. I was thinking I would have to put in a new electric water pump, new fuel pump, new opti, lt4 KM, and new o2 sensors. Ofcourse the basic suspension mods like sub connectors and tower brace. Is there anything im missing I should really do before taking it to the track and not having to worry about anything? Maybe new tie rods and such? I want to get everything done at once before running her. Will I need a better ignition, or better fuel lines or anything at all?

Yes you can hook it all up before raising it into the car, be very careful because with headers there is less fudge room. If you use a set-up simular to the GM shop equipment you can set the whole shebang in there at once easily.
