Balancing Question

This is really for anyone that's put together a stroker using the GMPP 3.80 Stroke crank manufactured by Cola. It looks to me like this crank has already been through the balancing process and I'm wondering if Cola supplied the cranks to GM using the balancing spec's for the GM RA. I'm thinking that the crank may balance easier, (requiring less metal), if I go to an internally balanced setup, in other words, a neutrally balanced flywheel, rather than going external balanced, balanced with a counter weighted flywheel. Reason I'm asking is I'm in the process of buying a street twin and trying to decide to get the LT1 or the "Neutrally Balanced" version.

I'd be real interested in hearing from anyone who has used this crank, and how they had it balanced, internally or externally and how much Mallory had to be added for either method.

Thanks.

Mark.
