balancer position

Doing a cam swap, when i took off the balancer I didnt get a 100% look which hole was where and where the arrow was pointing. Is there any way to figure this out when i re install it?

I heard the arrow should be pointing straight up at #1 TDC

BTW this is for a 95 formula

If it is just the pulley you are talking about, you can't put it on wrong. The spokes of the pulley are not symmetrical. Just line up the arrow on the pulley to the raised line on the hub.

it's not a balancer. merely a damper. no heavy side to it. as stated it only goes on one way. there is no need to coordinate the damper to TDC.
