balancer/hub - quick question

Is this statement correct?: EVERY LT1 that left the factory, both timing marks were lined up at 12 and 6 oclock, and the balancer hub had its mark aligned at 12 oclock, and the balancer also had its mark lined up at 12?

Or were they sometimes out of alignment?

thanks

The marks have nothing to do with the computer. The marks are just there to index your crank.

It should have been aligned when it was built. If the hub was lined up, the pulley has to line up with it. It cannot go on any other way.

Yah, I know the balancer has to line up with the pulley no matter what. I was just wondering if the hub was always lined up correctly with the timing dots.
