bad experience with Jason Cromer?
I've ordered many times from Jason, for my z28 and Cadillac. If I order on Monday, I have parts at my door Thursday, Friday latest. If its an on the shelf Item. Sometimes, he needs to get the part (example motor for trunk pull-down on my Casddy) Add a week to your order if this happens, he needs to get it from Las Vegas. As I understand it, thats the main distribution center.
Only 1 problem I had was no big deal I said map sensor he sent knock sensor, didn't hear me right, ship out the right part same day w/ a paid return label for UPS.
For the amount of business this guys does, I say overall great customer service.
Best way to handle a gripe is to cal him find out what's up, for sure we can't hwlp you out here with that one.

It is "bad" when you pay for it and don't get it.
It is good when you don't pay for it until it is shipped.
Give him a call. He'll give you the scoop on what the holdup is as far as time stimate of delivery.
