bad experience with Jason Cromer?

i ask this topic here because he seems to be so acclaimed:

A couple weeks ago I ordered a rebuilt PS pump from Jason. Gave him my name, address atm debit cardinfo, etc. He told me it should take a week to get it. Well, its been like 2.5 weeks and my account hasnt even been debited yet. Is this normal? What have your experiences been?

>Well if the amount hasn't been deducted from your account then you have no worries . I had to wait a while for my opti that I ordered from them , but it came in and they didn't charge my credit card until it was shipped .
They probably don't have one ready yet .

Jason and Dal are the only dealership guys on this board that everyone recommends. Never had a bad experience from either

I ordered an opti from him this spring. Never had a problem with him. Maybe it's just slipped his mind. It happens. Everyone brain farts once in awhile.

I have ordered tons of times from him in the past with no worries. Ordered something this time and i havent gotten it.

I have a tracking number that was from sept 3rd. He claims the driver picked the package up, UPS claims they never got it blah blah. We will see how it turns out.

Considering the amount of business he does with people here and all over the internet from other sites, I would say he does a pretty fair job. If he didn't, there would be lots more complaint threads. As you know, people are more apt to express their displeasure than their satisfaction. The best thing is to call and speak directly to him to iron things out.

I called Jason and ordered a 1LE elbow by credit card, and it arrived within a week. I got the elbow including shipping for cheaper than I could have bought it anywhere else without shipping included
