Yea, I have that problem. I havent done anything to fix that, since it only affects my passenger side front and rear, and no one ever sits there.

I have T-Tops and I am assuming that they are the cause. Mine don't seal completly (they look good, but I guess they aren't) and since it isnt a big problem, I havent wasted my time/money on it.

Mine also does the same...except I don't have t-tops. I know whenever it is done raining that my car is going to smell like a$$. I need to get it taken care of, but I don't want to pull everything apart if I don't know exactly where to look...so if you know let us know

Get in the car and have someone run a hose over your car. If you can't physically see any leaks you may have to pull some of the interior panels and poke around. It's gotta be there somewhere.

My car does it to , it comes from the side windows, I heard there was a TSB about it but have not seen it yet. I thought about new weather striping but don't care to drop $150 on it , GM's Quality control needs some prayer

The funny thing is, it doesn't happen when I wash the car. It really only happens after it rains, and it is only in the back passenger side floor. When I drive in the rain, none comes in and I don't see any comming in from the seals. However, when I stop, it never fails that water is somehow on the floor. I just don't see where it is comming in!!??

I know what your problem is. I discovered this after one night when I left off my T-Tops and it rained, had to pull my entire interior out. THere are little rubber plugs that go in the floor. Why they're there? I don't know, but they are.

I'm not sure WHAT to use, but use something to seal them up, either from the inside under the carpet, or from the outside under the car...

And yes, your car will smell like ***. Mine stunk to high hell like wet dog

Dave!! Awesome, now I know what I'm doing when I get my car back! It makes sense. I hope there isn't a rubber thing in the floor so I can fix it for good!

sounds like the problem, my car is a hardtop and it is dry around the door and window. i also had this problem in the front passenger side floor and i thought it was the grommet in the firewall because i ran some nitrous line through it, besides the floor only gets wet if i drive in rain.

I just put my roll cage in and painted it i have not put the new carpit in yet and i am counting 6 rubber drain plugs in the floor 2 in the front 2 in the rear floor and two under the rear seats, I just used some silicone on the underside of the car to seal them off that has done the trick so far!
