How do you know those 4 cylinders are dead? If they truly were dead, the engine would not even run.

When I pull a spark plug or injector plug from those cylinders it doesn't change how car runs. If I pull the same on cylinder 1 3 2 or 4 the car stumbles worse then almost dies out.
