I bought a new COMPLETE opti from autozone for 130 with a lifetime warranty. Fast foward one month, now the opti is going out and autozone claims that they can only give me a cap and rotor under the warreny because they aren't supposed to sell them complete(I don't know how I got mine). After two days calling 800autozone and speaking to corporate. They say the they only sell the cap and rotor, huh? WTF. I ended up call A-1 cardone(888-280-8324) the manufacture of the opti and they say that they sell some of them complete and some not, but they are the same price Only to make the customer happy. I can't help the feeling that i'm getting shafted by someone. Autozone and their employees are full of **** and can go to He!! I though i'd never say this but Kragen is the way to go if buying from a major auto parts store. I stuck in a situation cause if I go into autozone, i'm going to order every sensor on my car and walk with them. Am I the only one who has had the happen to them, cause my patience meter is depleted.

 

How do you know the replacement opti from AZ is "going out"? I would tend to agree that they did not eaxctly live up to the life time warranty thing. $130 for a complete opti is exceptionally cheap. I will also say that generally if something is priced too good to be true, then it generally is.

 

Remember, don't douche. The authorities will need a semen sample for DNA evidence.
