Autotapped my car lastnight (many probs)

I got my car autotapped because I have a few codes and my car hasn't been running o so well. I also didn't pass smog so I wanted to see if my computer can show me what's up. First a list of the codes:

P0141 - H02S Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0171 - Fuel Trim System Lean Bank 1
P0174 - Fuel Trim System Lean Bank 2
P0441 - EVAP Monitor Ckt. Low Voltage During Purge

What are these codes telling me? Would any of those not let me pass smog?

After autotapping and analyzing the data, I'm running pretty lean. If anyone wants to see the data, please ask and I will send right away. I have some spreadsheets that analyze the raw data and put them in awesome graphs.

Another thing happening is I'm expierencing a lot of knock retard, mainly at WOT. I can show the graphs if you want.

What shall I do? Do you think it's best to get my PCM reprogrammed? I'm at a stand still on this because I don't know which parts to replace, and what to fix.

I would fix that oxygen sensor problem first. that may fix the other codes about runing lean...

I dont know anything about the canister so let someone else give it a try.

What mods, injectors, etc are you running? You shouldnt be running lean if the car is near stock.

Does the car have any symptoms?

Only thing done to the car is CAI, TB Bypass, Airfoil and Exhaust that consists of a dynomax bullet with a turndown. Earlier this year I hit a rock that damaged my oil pan and tranny, I think it could have also caused an exhaust leak or damaged an 02 sensor.

I got the car scanned again lastnight with 4gal of 100 octane, and 10gals of 91 octane to see if that would bring the knock retard events down but it still knocks at WOT. I think I might have to get my pcm reprogrammed cause the timing advances are pretty off too, I think the previous owned hyperteched it but I doubt it.
