Wierd rumble/vibration/resonance at idle

When my car is in drive and idling, it develops a strange noise similar to the noise you get when you release the brakes just enough to let the car creep forward(if anyone knows what I'm referring to!)- it's kind of like a pulsating groan and also causes my dash to rattle.

It has only done this since I installed my headers, but I don't know if the two problems are related. Any ideas? It is embarassing(a girl asked me yesterday if that was a normal sound!) and annoying.

Check to make sure none of the header pipes and/or exhaust components are touching the frame or under body panels somewhere.

Thanks for the reply, I checked pretty thouroughly and this doesn't seem to be the case- pretty much the only place the headers touch is on the oil dipstick. This is really annoying, any other ideas!?
