This cam is used in 383 applications and many young guys like the "HOT" cam designation. If it didn't have that name on it would they have bought it?

Thanks guys for all your thoughts. I ran a 13.427 @ 103.83 at Norwalk Friday night. What sucks is that my launches are @ 1500 rpm at most. I would launch harder and get better times, but my brakes won't stop my car when power braking over 1500!
Well, to answer some of your guys' questions... No, I didn't replace the lifters...but they seemed good at the time. Also I have the actual LT4 rockers with smaller 'shouldered' studs so they just tightened all the way down with no adjustments. And I did get a PCM tune by Alvin @ PCMforLess.com...
I've checked everything, No leaks. Check valve IS good, and I couldn't find any leaks with starting fluid... I couldn't remember the exact cm/Hg so I guesstimate with the 12.5" In/Hg number.
Anyhow droptop1, I replaced the Master, Booster, ABS unit, bled the system a million times and still no luck... Maybe I could ask Alvin to double check the tune? I got a laptop and tuning software, I just need a ALDL cable... I will let you know If I find anything out.
I'm getting mixed opinions here, is 12.5 in/hg enough to get the 'stock' feeling of the brake pedal? What's stock numbers anyhow?
Thanks everyone.
