ATI superdamper snout to hub clearance? Bolt?

ATI superdamper snout to hub clearance? Bolt?
anyone know this? i know the hub has to be "honed" to spec for press fit even with the key.. anyone know this from the instructions?

ATI has instructions on their web site and say "Balancer is made to fit stock crankshaft other crankshafts may require the balancer to be honed". ATI sells a 7/16-20 integrated bolt/washer for about 28 bucks. I'm going to have my machinists fit it to my crank with a woodruf key.
