ATI mod
The ATI mod adds about 150hp and costs way more than $20
Anyway, the IAT mod I believe you are talking about is generally "not cool" on the LT1. All dyno tuners I've heard hate these with a passion and will rip them out in a second when dyno tuning a car.
They hate ported MAFs too but not for the same reasons... they just don't have good known programs for ported MAF guys but in the case of the IAT mod they find it either doesn't do anything or hurts hp. I had a link at one time to a before and after dyno but I don't know where it's at right now.

its a 2 cent resistor that tells the computer a false reading for your iat (idle air temp (?)). If you really wanted this, you could probably find the resistor at radioshack.
i have one, but it stays in the glovebox, previous owner bought it, i removed it.
