ATI Intercooled Procharger for LT1???

I might have a great deal woked out on one, if a few things fall into place.

It's a 8PSI intercooled ATI Procharger, with a bov, fuel pressure reg & all the hardware.
The car it's on now has a catback & 3.73's, other than thats it's stock.
The Procharger was put on at 85K & his car now has 130K on it, with no problems to date.
The s/c was gone through a few months back so it's as good as new.

The owner of the car it's on, never took it to the track or dyno.
My question is, based on my RWHP, with only the s/c & a cutout, how much power will i see & what kinda 1/4 times?

You should be able to pull ~100 rwhp out of it, but don't expect a stock motor to last very long if you've got a lead foot.

Well, 8 psi should be good for about 100-120 rwhp. Did you see the Project Shado camaro in Populare Mechanics? They put a Vortech S-trim on a stock LT1, and added some 1.6 RR, and with no tunning has that car up to 400 rwhp. It all depends, every car is different, some cars take nicely to th eboost, some don't. Also, don't forget about getting the car tuned, and you should be ok, but I would say you should pick up at least 100 rwhp.

I put down 375RWHP with the P600 running at 6psi. Don't do it unless you have the money in reserve to do a rebuild. If everything is perfect... you have it rich enough and no knock it might last but, all it takes is a little detonation and the pistons/rings in these cars are toast.

Exactly right....my ringlands went about a month ago. The stock motor doesn't care too much for boost and even with a tune it's a gamble. I wish I woulda listened to the people in the forced induction forum first. And yes I was running only 8psi and yes it was intercooled and very rich.

Is the blower a P1SC or a P600B? If it is a P1SC look out for leaky seals. My buddy put down 375 rwhp on 7lbs of boost through a pretty much stock car.
