assembled motor today (pics)

Hey i finally got everything thing in line to put together the motor today... This is where i got! Motor is going in one night this week!
bolting down the heads

LE ported intake





All 100% pro maganum valvetrain








More pics to come once i actually get the motor all tied in and in the car

I cant wait to be in that stage! Lookin good. You said lloyd ported the intake? Did he do the TB holes also? If so send it back to him becasue they are FAR from the same size!

That's a bit of an "optical illusion". It's partly because the photo was
taken at an angle and the lighting is coming mostly from the left side.
I downloaded the photo and ran a crop-square against the bores and
they match up.

Very nice! What internals do you have in there? Did you build to shortblock too?

1. Repaint that intake before bolting it up.

2. How do those valve covers clear the alternator? Are you going to relocate it?

3. Those red rags get lint everywhere! Probably of no harm, but just thought I'd throw it out there.

4. Sweet setup.

defentily going to touch up the intake but least of my worries.. and this car has nothing except a alternator and that is going down low.. and the valve covers are all i had to sit over the rockers at the current time they are going up for sale

It is a 12:5:1 385 forged..N20 rings and it has the le3 Heads with a really nice custom grind cam for the application..and going to spray it with 200 shot on it all going threw a th400 RMVB, just not sure of the convert for the application yet..?
