ASP Pulley,23% or 34%?

Well I am pretty much running out of things to do to my car so I have decided to go with a meziere elecric water pump and either the 23% or the 34% ASP pulley... I called ASP today and he said the difference was that the 23% was a replacement pulley and would get me SOME horsepower but if i went with the 34% pulley(which he said was a piggyback?), i would get more hp. He also went on to say that the only difference between the two was that 23% charges at 900rpm and the 34% charges at 950 rpm. Also i always heard that the piggyback style made less so why is the ASP guy telling me different??? I would also like to add that there is no radio in my car and it is not my daily driver so I am not really worried about the voltage... I just want the most power and semi-driveability... Any imput appreciated as always.

You'll get more from the replacement pulley than you will the piggyback. Piggybacks are a waste of time IMO...the real gains come from the pulley being lighter which allows the engine to rev faster / more freely.

IMO not worth the money...little "bang for the buck".
