Re: AP Engineering - groundbreaking news! Guaranteed engine delivery times!

Answer to your question is NO.

and do i plan to ever speak with AP obviously not.let me give you an example, maybe you can relate.say your friend got bike stolen from a kid down the street or whatever, are you gonna have the time of day for the kid that took your friends bike, why not it wasnt your bike.do i gain anything by dragging out this pointless thread, of course not.if a company rips off a fellow enthusiast you have no choice but to stick up for your friend.and this bashing you speak of,please calm im not making threads in every section of cz28 "bashing" this company.i saw they were making a plea to keep some business, recognized the company and called them out.if i can help jim spread the word of this company's wrong doing im gonna do it,thats it.all i can say is after you listen to what happened with jim's motor you cant really have input.

just somethin to think about, bsm stood by nu teck 100%.got his 383 stroker built on time and very pleased with their cust service.when he broke a spring or something in the valvetrain and nu teck was said to have been going through troubles. bsm tried calling, emailing, getting in contact with anyone over there and nothing.he even stood by them when they were said to be going through troubles like you are with AP.now bsm isnt standing by them like he used to.

im done,no more free advertisment for AP good or bad.

I was thinking of having them assemble my long block! I don't know now, I think I'll keep looking.

I think it is terribly unfair that people who only have a very limited perspective about the overall situation with Jims car are here bashing APE. Jims motor build took entirely too long. APE admits that and has apologized for that. APE has gone as far as firing the main person involved with that ordeal in addition to instituting a new guarantee for motor builds to prevent this situation for reoccurring.

Had Jim not disputed the intake charge with his credit card company he would have his intake this very moment. It's really as simple as that. APE has offered a number of possible solutions for Jim and instead of working with APE he posted nasty letters on at least four separate web forums.

If you look around the boards you will find that APE has a number of satisfied customers.
