Anyone try this elbow on their single plane?

I ran across this elbow that is built for the LSx motors and I am wondering if anyone has had any luck at fitting one on an LT-1 without extensive modification??? The single plane manifold may affect fitment as well as I believe there is some height differences between say an Accel Pro-Ram and an Edelbrock Victor EFI intake.

Also, although it IS designed for a (cough!) FORD (cough!), I thought this looked interesting as well.

(Note: This is for a F.I. motor that I am putting together so there may be a few less concerns using these in my application than in a normally aspirated application)

I like the no clearance issues. wonder if it would be the same for an lt1? I'll try e-mailing the guy.

The ford part uses a totally different IAC, which I'm sure has different wiring that will not play nice with a stock computer.

This billet adapter will allow you to run the Sullivan elbow and Cobra TB with a stock IAC valve.

Intakeelbows.com no longer produces an adapter elbow that will accomodate a dual bore LT1 style throttle body.

Same mount flange as most single planes a 4150 style, too low in the front to fit a Edelbrock 2925, will hit the coolant crossover.

Do a search for my name on here, I have an intakeelbows elbow with a monoblade on my car.

The front coolant crossover of course can be removed:

If I'm not mistaken, I believe Brett Bauer did the conversion on that one.

This is the only way I'd do it, w/o the coolant crossover. I wonder what the $ on this would be. FastFatBoy has a good looking setup. I love it aside from the coolant crossover, but you can hardly see it on his car unless you are really looking for it.

David,

What were the results of your setup?
