Anyone running the Qwik Stick?

My buddy has one in his 96Z. He let me drive it and it felt great. The shifts were very firm and accurate. I have a LS1 Camaro with the Hurst shifter. It felt much less sloppy.

Quik Stick; that's the Kirban, right? I have the Kirban and I really like it.

No it's made by Austin Performance Inc. LM Performance sells it for $39. Here's a link.

The Qwik Stick is similar to Lous Short stick but it doesn't have the bend in it. Without the bend there is no hitting the radio or ashtray cover. The 2-3 shift is very precise and it's a nice alternative to spending 150+ for an aftermarket shifter. Plus it's $10 cheaper than Lous.

Until SSLEO2, wrote, I was going to say the same thing about 2nd-3rd gear. Much quicker, less slop=quicker quarter's

Speed shifting is easy with the Qwik Stick. You can just rip it into 2nd, then throw it up into 3rd with no worries or hesitation. My times definitely dropped in the quarter.
