I have already bought the loop and now have decided to get a new alum. shaft also. LPE has their 3.5" shaft on sale for 299 so I would like to get that one. BUT, the opening on the slp loop is just under 4" wide so I am not sure if there is enough play side to side. I don't think the shaft will move side to side once in so I don't believe it will be a problem. There is something like 6" up and down so I would hope there would be enough play for the suspension travel. IT would be nice to hear if someone is doing this though.
