Anyone with Pacesetter shorty's

Did anyone else have the problem with the 02 sensor going into the fitting on the passenger side header. I heard a cracking noise as i was tightening it and i took it out and the fins on the end of the o2 sensor where ground off bc there wasnt enough room inside the collector thing, there looks like there might be enough room to grind some stuff off to make some room but i wasnt sure and thought i would ask.

Yep. I had the same problem with mine. If you have a Dremal you can that to take care of it fast. They have a cutting/grinding bit. Kinda looks like a long gear if you know what I mean. I also had to cut the air injection tube fittings down a bit to get them to seal up right. If you have any questions drop me an e-mail and I can probably help out.
