I got this pcm on trade for some harness work...some interesting modifications done to it. Check out the pics for the place where the usual knock module is..also two notches out of the aluminum case, where 2 ribbon cable connectors are. They are same size as a computer's hard drive IDE cable.

Picture of label says:

DELCO ELECTRONICS CORPORATION
SUBSIDIARY OF GM HUGHES ELECTRONICS
1994 PCM-66U PROTO
W/LT1 Y-CAR ESC CALS

SERIAL *****
DK120041
ORT-MOTOROLA ODM
TTO, DLCP

OTHER-NEW ESC CALS
DERIVED FROM DK11627

Perhaps a GM development PCM. There is a member over on the corvetteforum who was an engineer at GM working on the knock system on these cars. He might know something about it.

I'll see if I can find his username.

Here he is:

I was thinking something along the lines of a developement pcm...I got a harness with it like I have never seen.

all the sensor connectors are exactly the same distance from the pcm, but it has 4 oxygen sensor connections, obd2 port, and plug ins for relays. also no injector leads, just a 10 pin connection that says injectors. I'm thinking it plugged into some sort of simulator or somthing maybe.

I can not communicate with PCM with ether obd1 or obd2 hardware..so no clue on if its good or not.

anyways..something interesting..
