I am running slp shorties since 99 no rust no problems uncoated .

Wow, you brought this one back from the dead

Im now glad that a local company is coating my headers. Ive heard great things about their coatings. The other option was sending them to jet hot.

That was quite a few months ago so I don't know if the procedure has changed.

I'll be sending them back very shortly but I need to weld an EGR tube on mine because emissions are now required.
mine did the same, sold them went with Kooks for the new build, but the guy I sold them to is sending them in for a re-coat, JH is good about taking care of their warranty. I'd be curious to see if other ceramic coaters in the nation have a better quality coating. That & I was sick of the leaking #1 primary, I've tried everything on the market next to tig welding the POS stationary, these perform great but look forward to the Kooks.
